Halloween is a celebration observed in a number of countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. It dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed. Many Halloween traditions originated from the ancient Celtic harvest festival of Samhain. Halloween activities include trick-or-treating (or the related guising), attending Halloween costume parties, decorating, carving pumpkins into jack-o'-lanterns, lighting bonfires, apple bobbing and divination games, playing pranks, visiting haunted attractions, telling scary stories and watching horror films. Easter

Easter is a Christian holiday that marks the resurrection of Jesus, according to the Christian faith, on the third day after he was crucified and buried in Jerusalem. Easter is celebrated in all Christian churches, but on different dates. It is always celebrated Sunday of the week and always near the beginning of spring.

Holy Week, the last week of the 40 days of fasting, begins on Palm Sunday and ends on Sunday, which is Easter Day and the day Jesus is resurrected. In most European countries, unlike the United States, it is customary to extend Easter and celebrate for two days - Sunday and Monday of the week.

Easter is the holiest holiday in the Christian calendar (though a few tiny fringe streams, like the Quakers, do not indicate it). The holiday is recognized as a formal holiday in most Christian traditions, and apart from ceremonies in honor of Jesus' resurrection, ceremonies and games are celebrated in the spring.

St. Patrick's Day- 17th March

St. Patrick's Day is a Catholic Christian holiday.

Saint Patrick's Day is a holiday of the Irish and their descendants around the world. St. Patrick was a precursor of Christianity in Ireland. He is considered the patron protector of Christians and Irish on March 17th, this is the date of his death more than 1,500 years (he died on March 17, 491), the holiday is celebrated in memory.

Patrick grew up in an ordinary family and at the age of 16, Irish robbers raided his village and took him prisoner along with thousands of other people, to be sold as a slave in Ireland.
Before his capture, he was not observant, but in captivity has strengthened his faith. Over the years he worked in business is especially herders. When he was a loner with sheep, revealed to him according to Christian tradition, religious visions, which encouraged him escape from prison.
