World Kindness day is a day declared by the World kindness movement in 1998, on 13 November.
This day observed the first time in Canada, Japan, Australia, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. In 2009 joined Singapore, Italy and India, in 2010 Great Britain and in 2012 the US.
This day is celebrated mostly in schools where pupils are devoted to do good things.
The aim of this day is to raise awareness of the importance of good deeds, the contribution to the society and community, consideration toward others and kindness in General.
This day is celebrated in big events like a big hug or a special free concerts.
Everyone is invited to celebrate the small acts of kindness and goodness like to donate books or clothing to the community, be nice to service providers even if they annoy you, give up your turn on supermarket if someone asks you to, give someone your seat on the bus and more. Courteousness and kindness toward others, no matter what gender, age or race is, is the most important element that keeps our society and if we forget it, we'll be dog eat dog.
