World UFO Day is celebrated on July 2 each year to raise awareness of the existence of UFOs and to encourage governments to remove the secrecy of the information about the UFO sighting.
On this day people gather around the world and watch the sky expect to find unidentified flying objects.
The date July 2 was chosen to commemorate the first famous case in which an unidentified object was observed in the sky. The pilot Kenneth Arnold reported on June 24, 1947, that he saw nine flying saucers in the skies of the United States and on July 2, a Roswell incident took place, in which an UFO crashed near the town of Roswell, New Mexico, United States. A few days later, on July 8, 1947, the bodies of aliens and other items of extraterrestrial technology were rescued from the UFO.
So if you want to celebrate UFO Day, go out and look for spaceships and ships coming from space and maybe you'll be able to meet aliens.
July 2 is also Anisette Day
